The Pedersen BicycleThe Pedersen bicycle was invented by the Danish engineer Mikael Pedersen (1855 - 1929). In 1978 the Blacksmith Jesper Sølling found the description of the then forgotten bicycle and restarted the production.Today, this enthusiastic shop, lies within the famous Christiania community, attracting customers from all Copenhagen and Denmark. The Pedersen bike remains their specialty, but their carrier bikes are also popular. The Hammock-SaddleThe timeless design and high craftsmanship of the Pedersen bike makes it attractive and useful. On the "Pedersen" you have an upright riding position, which gives a better view of the traffic. The hammock-saddle, which is suspended between two pieces of the triangular frame of the bike, gives a comfortable ride.
