København er fuld af muligheder for at være aktiv. Du vil se masser af folk ude på gaderne og i parkerne, der løber for sjov eller træner til et kommende løb. Det er ikke tilfældigt — København er fantastisk til løb.

Deltag i et løb
Der er flere fantastiske løb i Københavns løbekalender. Københavns Marathon er måske hjørnestenen, men du behøver ikke nødvendigvis at løbe 42 kilometer for at deltage. Vi har udvalgt et par højdepunkter her, der tilbyder forskellige distancer og konkurrenceniveauer.
Copenhagen social running clubs
Join one of Copenhagen’s many social running clubs for a run. It’s a great way to explore the city while also meeting locals along the way. All paces are welcome, so everyone can take part – even the ones who normally hate running. Some of the websites are only in Danish, but we hope you have a browser that can translate.
Absalon Running Club
Join Absalon Running Club every Monday evening from 17:00 to 18:00. On the first Monday of each month, members gather for a shared meal after training at Absalon’s community dinners. Absalon is a community house loved by locals and visitors alike.

Mikkeller Running Club
Mikkeller Running Club aims to build an inclusive community where everyone is welcome. It brings together staying active and enjoying a cold beer after a run – always in good company with others. Visit the Mikkeller Running Club Facebook page to find out when and where the next runs are taking place.
GRØD Social Runners
GRØD Social Runners is a running community hosted by GRØD – a café whose name means “porridge” and where porridge is the only item on the menu. The running club meets twice a month, on the first and third Sunday, and everyone is invited. Note that you have to book a spot.

Mad & Kaffe Running Club
The café Mad & Kaffe runs every Friday morning with different pace groups. If you are a more experienced runner, you can also join the club on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Note that you have to book a spot.
Rookie Runners
Rookie Runners is a women-only running community, where all kinds of runners can join – even the ones who hate running. Here, the focus isn’t on speed, but on community. They run every Monday and Wednesday evening.
